چکیده

La cardiopatía isquémica (CI) puede presentarse clínicamente como insuficiencia cardiaca, angina de pecho estable, inestable, infarto agudo miocardio y muerte súbita. Estos tres últimos se agrupan bajo el término síndrome coronario (SCA) inestable define la isquemia en reposo o esfuerzo mínimo, ausencia necrosis, cardiomiocitos, lo cual evidencia no liberación los biomarcadores cardíacos necrosis miocardiaca a circulación. El diagnóstico es clínico caracteriza por su aparición durante estado reposo, con una intensidad progresiva inicio reciente. A través revisión bibliográfica ha realizado búsqueda electrónica las publicaciones carácter académico disponibles índices PubMed, Scielo, Elsevier repositorios universidades direccionados del motor Google Académico. Se inicia investigación utilización palabras claves “angina inestable” escoger relevancia aquellos trabajos que propongan información precisa relevante sobre enfermedad cardiaca. definición exacta engina ya resulta aún disyuntiva teórica campo especialistas, insuficiencias cardiacas son múltiples, sin embargo, propone visión global misma literatura consultada. Resulta curiosos resaltar aportes guías cardiológicas, todo españolas fijan posición determinante Inestable desde hace más 10 años, nos haya erradicado, sino protocolos médicos han ido modificando nombres para encajarlos mejor manera enfermedades (SCA).
